Investment Strategy

Our strategy is to acquire, and where appropriate, participate in the development of medical real estate assets across a broad range of property types.  Additionally, because of our extensive experience in operations, we intend to acquire minority interests in medical operating companies. 
 
Results achieved through the following tactics:
·         Sourcing medical real estate opportunities that are below the REIT radar through our extensive relationships in the medical space
·         Working off the leverage and existing investment of the projects’ founders by keeping them in the transactions when possible
·         Partnering with Physicians who are highly desirous of investing in the real estate and operating companies
·         Utilizing a capital stack of Preferred Equity, Mezzanine and Senior Debt
·         Exiting the real estate assets at a Cap Rate Compression and exiting the medical operating companies at a multiple of EBITDA
·         Exiting the real estate and medical operations independent of each other in order to time the market more appropriately

·         Cancer centers
